Courtney's BBQ Chicken Salad
Courtney’s Barbeque Chicken Salad
- Left Over Barbequed Chicken – (shredded or chopped)
- ¼ Cup Celery – Chopped
- ¼ Cup Red Onion – Chopped
- ¼ Cup Red Pepper – chopped very fine
- 2 – 3 Tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- ¼ Cup Mayonaise - (approx amount. Depends on chicken amount)
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 Teaspoons dried taragon
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
ALL AMOUNTS ARE ADJUSTABLE ACCORDING TO INDIVIDUAL TASTES
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate over night. Serve on bread with Mayo or Miracle Whip.
