Oven Chicken Salad


  • 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 cups thinly sliced celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup toasted slivered onions
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 425°.

Combine first 7 ingredients and 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs. Spoon into lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining bread crumbs.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Serves 4 to 6.
