Grilled Cheese


  • 2 Slices Potato Bread
  • 1 Slice Tomato
  • Basil Leaves
  • Mayonnaise
  • Fontina Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Spread mayonnaise on both sides of bread.  Add tomato slice to one side and sprinkle with a few basil leaves, salt and pepper.  Place a generous amount of grated fontina cheese on other side of bread.  Put two halves together and grill both sides until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
