Dillon’s Pimento Cheese



  • 2 – 8oz packages of Kraft Extra Sharp Cheese
  • 1- 8 oz package of Jalapeno Monterrey Jack Cheese
  • 2 – 2 oz jars of chopped Pimentos (undrained)
  • ¼ Cup Miracle Whip (add more as needed)
  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise (add more as needed)
  • 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ Teaspoon Onion Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Cayenne
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Texas Pete Hot Sauce

Pimento Cheese spread is all about texture and consistency.  It is a personal preference on the texture and art to not let the mixture get too runny or loose.

In large mixing bowl, grate both Sharp and Jack cheeses up to the smallest size on your grater and mix well. 

Add Pepper, Cayenne, Onion Salt, Texas Pete, Worcestershire and Pimento’s.  Mix lightly. 

Add small amounts of Miracle Whip and Mayonnaise, stirring often until desired consistency.  Season to taste.

Refrigerate over night and serve.
