Dillon’s Steak Kabobs
3 lbs Sirloin Steak – Cubed into 1 inch thick pieces
1 1/2 c. Olive Oil
3/4 c. Soy Sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 c. Red Wine vinegar
2 tsp. Dried Oregano
2 1/4 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Black Pepper
2 tbsp. crushed Garlic
3/4 c. Soy Sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. Dry Mustard
1/2 c. Red Wine vinegar
2 tsp. Dried Oregano
2 1/4 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Black Pepper
2 tbsp. crushed Garlic
1 Large Onion
1 Large Red Pepper
1 Package Mushrooms
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes about 3 1/2 cups marinade.
Place steak cubes in zip lock bag with marinade for 6 hours. Overnight if possible.
Thread steak cubes in the middle on a skewer. Alternate steak cubes, onion, red pepper and mushroom and then repeat. Place on grill. Cook 5 to 6 minutes turning frequently.
