Western Turkey Quiche


  • 1 lb. ground Turkey
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • ¼ c. red pepper – chopped
  • ¼ c. onion - chopped
  • 1 tsp. Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 c. Fontina cheese
  • Dash of pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown meat in skillet; season, then set aside.

Blend mayonnaise, milk, garlic, black pepper, eggs and cornstarch.

Stir in red pepper, onion, cheese and meat. Pour in greased quiche dish or pie pan.

Bake until golden brown and knife comes out clean. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.

6 to 8 servings.
