Hot Dog Chili


  •     1 pound ground beef chuck                                      
  •     Water                                                          
  •     1 tablespoon black pepper                                      
  •     2 tablespoons paprika                                          
  •     2 tablespoons chili powder                                     
  •     1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce                               
  •     1 teaspoon salt                                                
 
Cover the beef with water and work into the meat as if you were going to make meatloaf; not too much wqter or the chili will be too thin.


Add the black pepper and worcestershire sauce.

 Cook over medium heat for 45 minutes to an hour.

Add the chili powder and paprika, simmer for at least 30 minutes more, stirring often. Let it sit for a couple of hours so
meat will absorb the flavor of the spices, add salt to taste.
