Steak Kabobs
Cubes of sirloin marinated overnight in a bold soy, Worcestershire and red wine vinegar blend, then skewered with onion, red pepper and mushrooms and grilled.
A make-ahead grilling favorite. A big-batch marinade of olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire, dry mustard and lemon tenderizes the sirloin in a zip-top bag. The cubes are then threaded onto skewers with onion, red pepper and mushrooms and grilled, turning frequently.
