Dot's BBQ Brisket
A slow-roasted beef brisket marinated overnight in liquid smoke, Worcestershire and seasoned salts, then finished with barbeque sauce for the last hour.
A make-ahead brisket that does most of the work itself. The brisket soaks overnight in a smoky, savory marinade, then roasts low and slow under foil. Barbeque sauce goes on for the final hour, uncovered, for a glossy, caramelized finish.
